| My Health Story I remember a short time ago when I began to get sick. I went to every specialist you could name and had many outpatient procedures done. The doctor's were baffled. I finally went back to my P.C.P., and he told me that he didn't know what else to do and that I appeared to be healthy. He did ask me if I had ever been tested for allergies and I told him no. I'm thinking... How could allergies make me so sick? However, I still had no answers to what was going on so I went to see the allergist as instructed. After that visit I was told that I had 13 allergies and should stop eating eggs, cheese, milk, and basically all dairy products. I was also told that I had Asthma. I started the treatments that were set in place, but I knew that God designed this body of mine and He knows everything about it, and I began my search for a natural cure. One day I was watching a Jewish gentleman on television and saw how he was brought from certain death back to life by going back to The Maker's Diet. I bought his book and made the changes that I could and eventually I had to make some additional choices. I was going to invest in foods and products that would make me whole again. Well just by adhering to the elimination of scavengers (I also only drink organic milk), which is stressed in the Maker's Diet book. And also taking The Primal Defense, of which both are offered in my health store, I haven't had any treatments for allergies or asthma in years.
